Ohhhh this is it. I don’t know if YOU KNOW, but the holidays ARE HERE. Ha. I don’t want to freak you out but we had the most successful Plan Ahead Sale a few weeks ago. THANK YOU! What that says to me is…you are ready. In the best way, I would say at least half of our customers are nerd planners LIKE ME and you have started holiday shopping.
I have three or four things already purchased and I am clearing the spot in my basement where I organize the gift giving. Next I will come up with a ‘wrapping theme’, something silver and blue for our Hannukah celebration, and something gold and red for our Christmas. The first year I celebrated both Hanukah and Christmas I got 8 Hanukah gifts for each our our 5 kids, and then Christmas presents on top – my head was spinning. I am now a seasoned vet 😅the key is to plan ahead. Once the sale is over and we have everything shipped, we hit the road! Here is the formal invitation to the JW Jewelry Caravan, holiday edition.
We kick it off in Jackson Hole, where I am writing you this blog. I am in heaven here! Rachel and I came for a trunk show (ps you can still visit me today just email for the address) and I am staying through the weekend so my daughter Tiki can come for her Fall break from Clemson. I can’t wait to see her, even writing this knowing I will see her TOMORROW I am having such a mom moment I can’t wait to hug and spoil her.
Once I am back in Philly, we have 2 local events for our Breast Cancer Alliance SHARE THE LOVE Coin. First in our showroom Wednesday 10/18 from 10-3, my dear friend Meredith will be in the showroom with her line La Ligne. I know many of you are fans! It is such a treat that she comes to us for trunk shows as La Ligne is not available in the area. The best news is that 20% of the JW proceeds of the day will go towards BCA. I am so HAPPY we are having a moment dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research. Please join😊
The very next day October 19th, I am driving down to one of my favorite stores Peter Kate in Wilmington, DE for another chance to celebrate the Share the Love BCA coin and again we will be donating a portion of proceeds to BCA. Veronica Beard will also be in the house with a trunk show – I can’t WAIT to bring our Wilmington customer all of our new goodies – we have such a cool, dedicated customer there.
Then comes Miami...Chicago…Kansas City…Los Angeles, Greenwich. In addition we have trays of jewelry headed out to every Goop store location (yes! Goop Sag Harbor, LA, Montecito, Hawaii and NYC!). Along with the fun of travel, this gives me a chance to meet you. I love it. I am always so honored by the stores and individuals who host Jane Win. It’s all a gift.
Before I go, I have to say that while I am a happy optimistic person, my heart is heavy with the evil that goes on the world. Sometimes I feel frozen by it, knowing the people in pain, knowing the mothers who are like me worrying about their children. Just couldn’t send a cheery email without recognizing that ❤️
