Refund policy

Returns 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewelry within 15 days for a refund. All purchases over 15 days cannot be refunded (see refund info below) or exchanged.  If you order qualifies for a return or an exchange, you can request a return HERE or contact us HERE.

All items should be returned in the original packaging (box and protective pouch) along with the original receipt (included in shipping). Any items received after 15 days without authorization will be shipped back.

Holiday Note

Items purchased during the Plan Ahead Sale (10/3/2025 - 10/8/2025) may be returned for store credit through January 5th, 2026. All orders placed between November 23rd, 2025 and December 25th, 2025 are eligible for exchanges or store credit through January 5th, 2026.

Sale items 

Sale items (part of a published sale or an item that is marked down) may only be returned for store credit and only for 15 days.  Some sales will be final sale - those will be noted in the sale or the item.

GWPs (Gifts With Purchase)

During any GWP promotion, all GWP’s must be returned if product returned. Purchases before or after the promotion can not be sent a GWP. Only one promotional code may be used with each purchase. If you use a different discount code, the gift will not be included. Only one GWP per customer. While supplies last.

Repairs: We love that you wear your Jane Win jewelry every day, and we work hard to make it the best possible quality! But jewelry can be delicate, and we are here to help if something goes wrong.

  • If you experience the need for a repair due to a manufacturer’s defect within your first six months after purchase, we offer a complimentary 1-time repair with shipping included. If your jewelry incurs damage due to normal wear and tear in your first six months, we can still repair it for free, but you will be responsible for round trip shipping with tracking. In need of replating? If replating is needed, check out our replating service HERE.
  • If a repair is needed due to misuse in the first six months or occurs after the six month period, that repair will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $25 range, plus $10 UPS ground shipping each way). We will provide a repair quote prior to the piece being returned for repair. Jane Win reserves the right to charge fees for repairs deemed as misuse.
  • If your chain is more than one year old and breaks, we cannot repair it and recommend purchasing a replacement. See our full collection of chains here.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If your shipping was included in your order, you may be refunded the amount minus $10 (or the actual shipping amount whichever is greater) for shipping. A fee for the return shipping label and handling will be deducted from your refund.

We withhold a 5% restocking fee for any refund (this is required to cover credit card and other processing fees that we do not recover on cancelled orders).  

Store Credit / Gift Cards 

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind.

At times a store credit or gift card may be issued for a return or other reason. Any credits or gift cards provided will be valid for 1 year from date of issue unless otherwise communicated. 

Returns Processing

Returns of all kinds take 5 - 10 business days, but may take longer. Refunds to credit cards can take up to an additional ten days or more. 


Custom Pieces and Monogramed Items

Custom pieces, monogrammed items, and custom coins are all final sale. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange any items within 15 days, please contact us HERE to obtain authorization for the exchange. Your items to be exchanged should be shipped to the address noted below. Please consider insurance on your return shipment as we will process your exchange only once your item is received. Any remaining balance on the exchange, PLUS shipping costs, will be processed on your original payment method. If there is a credit amount after the exchange, the shipping for the exchange will be deducted from that amount to be credited.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
