Shipping

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:  

We take great care in promptly processing and shipping all orders directly from our fulfillment center. However, due to the increased volume of orders during the holiday season, shipping carriers have indicated that there may be extended processing times.

To ensure delivery by December 24th:

UPS Ground Shipping orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 17th at 12 PM EST.

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping, orders must be placed by Friday, December 19th at 12 PM EST for (2-day expedited).

UPS Next Day Air, orders must be placed by Monday, December 22nd at 12 PM EST

Please note that once your package is with UPS, we no longer have control over the delivery process. To minimize the risk of delays, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance. Any orders placed after December 22nd after 12 PM EST will not guarantee timely delivery due to the high volume of shipments during this time.

HOLIDAY NOTE:  

Please note that we are closed from DECEMBER 24th - JANUARY 1st.  All orders placed during that time will be shipping when we return to the office.  Rest assured we will handle all orders and respond to all messages quickly upon our return!

STANDARD SHIPPING  

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; APO/FPO/DPO; we do not ship to International addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.  Orders typically are shipped the business day after purchase and shipped via ground shipping, taking 2 - 6 days, depending on location.  Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO shipment times will be longer. 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer discounted shipping on all orders over $150 for domestic orders.  International orders will have the shipping charge identified during checkout.  Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Jane Win is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments. Jane Win is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Jane Win is not responsible for delivery delays, or any other issues once your order leaves our location. 

Expedited Shipping

EXPEDITED orders placed after 3 PM ET Monday - Thursday will ship the following business day, and orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET will ship the following Monday. For Express Shipments, we are not responsible if the shipping service fails to meet the overnight or 2 day service commitment.
