Last Summer Doug and I had the best long weekend on Nantucket. We stayed in town, rented bikes for days at the beach, walked to CRU for dinner at the bar…and stayed up late dancing at the Chicken Box. This year I’m living vicariously through Elin Hilderbrand's book (summer’s best beach read set in Nantucket!) and carrying the memories by wearing our new Nantucket coin. What are my favorites spots? Favorite Shopping?
Impossible to choose. I always buzz through Skinny Dip and find something I adore. Perch has the coolest brands with the perfect eye for what’s cool that moment (not open this year but if you are going in 2021 run to Perch - you will want everything! Shop for a new dress that you will wear to dinner THAT NIGHT. Murray’s Toggery Shop for Nantucket Reds for Doug!
Favorite Dining?
I could eat at Cru every night. Love the people watching, love the bar menu, love the steak frites. It’s chic and fun. Breakfast = Black Eyed Susan’s. Picnic lunch from Provisions. Ice Cream from Juice Bar!
