When should I order to receive my product for the holidays?
We take great care in promptly processing and shipping all orders directly from our fulfillment center. However, due to the increased volume of orders during the holiday season, shipping carriers have indicated that there may be extended processing times.
To ensure delivery by December 24th, we kindly request that all Standard Shipping orders be placed by Friday, December 13th at 12 PM EST.
For UPS Expedited Shipping, orders should be placed by Thursday, December 20th at 12 PM EST.
For UPS Next Day Air, orders must be placed by Saturday, December 21st at 12 PM EST to guarantee delivery by December 24th.
Please note that once your package is with UPS, we no longer have control over the delivery process. To minimize the risk of delays, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance. Next Day Air orders placed on December 22nd or 23rd may not guarantee timely delivery due to the high volume of shipments during this time.
What do you pay? For orders over $150, UPS Ground Shipping is complimentary. If you require Expedited Shipping/Next Day Air, please note that a fee will apply, which is determined based on your location.

We #WINtheholidays for a reason, our gift wrapping is stunning. Free gift wrap is included in all order over $100. If you are ordering multiple items please let us know in the notes section how many gifts and we will make sure you have a box for each. The jewelry is in a pouch, includes a care card and is placed in a gorgeous printed gift box with bow. Items under $100 (chains) ship in a very pretty JW pouch.
What is your holiday return policy?
Items purchased during the Plan Ahead Sale (10/2/2024 - 10/8/2024) may be returned for store credit through January 5th, 2025. All orders placed between November 1st, 2024 and December 25th, 2024 are eligible for exchanges or store credit through January 5th, 2025.
How do I return or exchange my items?

All items should be returned in the original packaging (box and protective pouch) along with the original receipt (included in shipping). Any items received after 15 days without authorization will be shipped back.
- Items purchased at any store other than Jane Win directly are not eligible for Return or Refund.
- Custom orders/special orders are final sale.

I want to order an engraved piece, when do I need to order by?
We have so many charms that can be engraved, see that list here. Please order by December 17th at midnight EST to ensure enough time for personalization. Any orders with engravable jewelry placed after December 17 we cannot guarantee arrival by 12/25.
