Labor Day Dream Closet: Fall is here (and I'm slightly in denial)

I am devastated to admit but…

My tan is fading 😉.

First off I know (really I do!) that we should be avoiding the sun at all costs but it gives me such joy. I swear I always wear a sun hat. Since we came back from the lake I have been 10000% in Jane Win mode (new showroom coming soon….so much new product coming every week) and 10000% in Mom mode. And 10000% in self-improvement mode including a failed Prolon fast but a GREAT transition to intermittent fasting and whole foods that is giving me tons of positive energy. Doing it all. In a ‘reaction’ to being in New Hampshire I jumped into some self-improvement aka Botox and my favorite eyelash extensions. Bikini waxes, highlights – literally you name it and I’m making it happen. I did end up with small bruising from the Botox and eyelashes with a new gal that made me look a little bit like a show-girl but listen…I will get there.

We are up in NH for Labor Day to take out the jet-ski, prep for Fall and most excitingly we are meeting with an architect because we are blowing up our house this winter. Will want you to come along in that ride with us! The second we get back I head to Los Angeles. And the second I get back from that Mr. Jane Win and I head to Italy (fingers crossed). I am dying to get there – the jewelry stores in Capri are my all-time favorites and I miss the inspiration I find there.

So I am not just packing for Labor Day – it’s more of a September shopping haul! The Zimmerman dress below will definitely make the cut and get packed for all three trips; I’m obsessed. We had a fall photoshoot this week and the transition looks we have chosen are so chic – lots of neutral dresses, high waisted wide leg jeans and blouses (like a million beautiful blouses that show off your necklaces).  But I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s talk Labor Day first. The plan is to turn off the news, read tons (I just downloaded the latest book of short stories by from Rosamunde Pilcher), last rides on the boat and cocktails with summer friends.
