When should I order to receive my product for the holidays?

We ship and pack immediately from our showroom but shipping companies have suggested that there will be extra processing time due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season. We use UPS and have found them to be completely on the ball so far! To guarantee package arrival by December 24th, all standard order shipping must be ordered by December 15th at 12 PM EST.

All orders placed 12/20-12/22 by 12 PM with expedited shipping will be delivered by December 24th. That being said, we unfortunately have no control of what happens once we take your package to UPS. AKA please don’t wait and overnight on 12/23…that’s a recipe for disaster.  

What do you pay? UPS ground is FREE with all orders over $200. If you need expedited there is a fee based on your location.  

Let's talk gift wrap.

We #WINtheholidays for a reason, our giftwrapping is stunning. Free gift wrap is included in all order over $100. If you are ordering multiple items please let us know in the notes section how many gifts and we will make sure you have a box for each. The jewelry is in a pouch, includes a care card and is placed in a gorgeous printed gift box with bow. Items under $100 (chains) ship in a very pretty JW pouch. 

What is your holiday return policy?

Items purchased during the Plan Ahead Sale (9/30/23-10/3/23) may be returned for store credit through January 5th, 2024. All orders delivered between November 1st, 2023 and December 25th, 2023 are eligible for exchanges or store credit through January 5th, 2024.

How do I return or exchange my items?

All items should be returned in the original packaging (box and protective pouch) along with the original receipt (included in shipping). Any items received after 15 days without authorization will be shipped back.

I need help layering. How do I get started?

I want to order an engraved piece, when do I need to order by?

We have so many charms that can be engraved, see that list here.  Please order by December 17th at midnight EST to ensure enough time for personalization. Any orders with engravable jewelry placed after December 17 we cannot guarantee arrival by 12/25.
