• When entering your details in the fields below, please enter in the order that you want them to appear from left to right (Left, Center, Right).
• For Janie or Baskerville font, we recommend you use the order of your initials: First, Middle, Last (e.g. ABC). For these fonts, there will be a dot between each letter unless otherwise specified in the order notes.
• For Block font, we recommend you use the order of your monogram: First, Last, Middle (e.g. ACB).

Engraving FAQs:

• Return Policy: Each piece is custom engraved to order and is non-refundable, returnable, or exchangeable. Please double and triple check that your letters are in the correct order of left, center, right!
• Shipping: Engraving time is 5-7 business days, but we will ship it sooner if we have it ready. If you purchase expedited shipping, please note that it will not speed up the engraving time. 
• Design: We reserve the right to make edits to the font as needed to make your monogram look balanced. We cannot accommodate special font or layout requests at this time.
